Are you insured?
Yes — public liability and employer’s cover. We can email the certs with the quote.
Do you do emergency call-outs?
Yes. Call the number on the site. If it is after hours we tell you the rate before we roll.
Do you include scaffold?
Yes, unless the job is a porch you can reach from a ladder we will not use. The quote says so.
Can you work in winter?
Patches and felt, yes. Full re-slates wait for a dry window. We will not torch-on onto a wet deck.
