Story
Origin House started as a Sunday pop-up and became a small bar on Francis Street. We buy lots from named farms, roast in small batches, and put tasting notes on the board so you know what you are drinking — not just that it is strong.
The room
From the room
“The filter actually tastes like the card says. I stopped guessing and started sitting down.”
“Quiet, precise, and they did not rush me off a laptop on a Tuesday. That is rare.”
“Took home the Huila and it still tasted clean on day eight. That never happens.”
