Field Light is a documentary and travel practice based in Bristol. We take long-form stories, NGO assignments, and personal travel commissions — the kind of work that needs time on the ground, not a half-day studio slot. Galleries arrive as sequences, not dumps.

Questions
Do you work with NGOs?
Yes. We need a clear consent framework and a local fixer when required. Ethics notes go in the contract.
How do travel costs work?
Flights, lodging, and visas are billed at cost with receipts. Day rate starts when work starts on the ground.
Can you shoot colour and mono?
Yes. Most stories are delivered in colour with a mono pass for the frames that need it.
