Do you do emergency call-outs?
Yes. Call the number on the site. If it is after hours we tell you the rate before we roll.
Do you handle SEAI grants?
We survey to the spec the grant wants and give you the documents. You apply; we do not fake a BER.
How long is an install?
A wall AC is often a day. A heat pump is a programme — we put dates on the survey, not on the first phone call.
